Responsibilities:
Based in China (Shenzhen, Zhuhai or Dongguan)

SUMMARY:
In conjunction with the Business Excellence Organization, the candidate will Plan, Develop, Facilitate and Effectively Implement Lean Activities to drive Excellence throughout the Asia Region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ideal candidate will have experience successfully applying and deploying Flextronics Lean Enterprise Principles across the entire value stream.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong Lean in Operations background in a related industry.
• The ideal candidate will come from an industry background in the EMS Industries or a similar low-volume, high-mix complex manufacturing environment.
• The ideal Candidate will be Responsible to Eliminate Waste and Create Value by Reducing variation in the processes to achieve Sustainable Results thru out the Organization.
• The ideal Candidate will be Accelerating the Proliferation of Lean Culture thru out the organization by leading and facilitating Lean Deployment
• The ideal Candidate will ensure common Lean tools are being deployed across the site to ensure common
• The ideal Candidate will Support all Corporate, Regional /Segment & Site requirements and goals related to Business Excellence are achieved
• The Ideal Candidate will be Profile rating the Lean Activities to Applicable Customers and Suppliers as when deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• University Degree or above .
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin language. Japanese Speaking will be added benefit.
• At least 5 years at a Management Level.
• Leadership Qualities .Good business sensitivities and interpersonal skills .
• Have had responsibility of managing a workforce of at least 1000 people or more.
• Hands on Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials Management and Finance Functions.
