NAVAL ARCHITECTS

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.S. Degree in Naval Architecture or Equivalent preferably licensed Naval Architect.
  • At least five (5) years experience in general arrangement, weight and moment, stability calculations, intact and damage stability, structural calculations and analysis.
  • Familiar with local and USCG/ABS regulations and must be familiar with naval architecture software such as CFD, FASTSHIP, SMP, GHS and ASSET
  • Preferably with AUTOCAD experience and age should be 25 – 40 years old.
  • Must be dynamic, pro-active and can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
THIS POSITION WILL:
  • Provide technical support for current contract by independently reviewing, assessing and resolving technical issues.
  • Perform ship repair and ship system design reviews, tradeoff studies, engineering analyses, and other technical and programmatic functions as required.
  • Plan, conduct, supervise and/or manage most tasks under minimum supervision.
  • Assignments are broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity.
